Ladies Night Event "Pole Dancing Lessons Party" - February 16th

Come Join us for an evening of fun fitness! Sweet Little Things is hosting a Pole Dancing Party on Friday, February 16th. The "Pole Dance Studio" from Vancouver will be supplying the poles and also a qualified instructor to teach you the basic's of Pole Dancing.

What to Wear: We recommend that you bring or wear comfortable, close fitting workout wear that allows you to move freely (e.g. yoga wear or anything with lycra or spandex). Depending on the surface of the floor, barefoot and/or socks may be most appropriate.
